400 or less calories super light and super tasty pasta



Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Pennette or other pasta
  • 2 table spoon olive oil
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 15 cherry tomatoes
  • Water
  • Salt


In a frying pan toast the green peppers in the olive oil for at least 3-4 minutes. Add the tomatoes, cover and let cook for 5 minutes more. Add half glass of water, cover and let cook for 10-15 minutes (check the pepper, when it is tender, you are done!).

In the meanwhile cook the pasta in salted water. Once it is done (“al dente” please!) season it with peppers and tomatoes.

You now have a great 400 or less calories, tasty dinner!
