Diet & Easy Crushed Olives Pasta

a recent turkish research has demonstrated that olives, avocado and olive oil help women to get pregnant!
But if you are not looking for a baby right now, their benefits to skin are absolutely proven!

Ingredients:

Serves 2

• 6 oz wholewheat pasta
• 2 green tomatoes thinly sliced
• ¼ scallion
• 2 spoons of crushed (black or green) olives
• 1 spoon extravirgin olive oil
• Salt & pepper

Calories per serving: 420

In a large pan brown the scallion in the olive oil, add the tomatoes, a pinch of salt and cover. Let cook for at least 15 minutes, or until the tomatoes almost melt down.

Cook the pasta following pack directions. Once pasta is cooked season it with tomatoes, crushed olives and pepper to taste.
