Super light, but FRIED MOZZARELLA IN CARROZZA

536 calories for a fried dish? with mozzarella in it? cannot believe it? just try this super healthy version of a super delicious italian street food.

3 slices of rye bread
2 tablespoons extravirgin olive oil
3 tablesppons of wholewheat flour
1 large egg
0.5 glass of lowfat milk
4.5 oz light mozzarella (organic)

In a bowl mix the egg and the milk, add a pinch of salt, some pepper and spices (you choose, I add turmeric for its hundred benefits).
Cut each slice of rye bread in two and make a sandwich filled up with 1/3 of the mozzarella, thinly sliced.
Bread the sandwich in the wholewheat flour, then dip it in the egg/milk mix.
In the meantime, in a small pan heat the olive oil. once it is hot enough slowly lay the sandwich in it and make it brown for nearly 3 minutes per side.
Done: you have a super tasty, low cal treat.
