1 garlic
clove
1/2 chilli
1
tablespoons of extravirgin olive oil
14 oz of
green broccoli
1 oz
parmesan cheese
5 oz
wholewheat pasta
In large
pan put one garlic clove and 1/2 chilli in 1 tablespoon of extravirgin olive
oil and let them brown, then remove them.
In the
meanwhile boil 1/2 gallon of salted water (1-2 spoons of salt), clean and cut
in small pieces the green broccoli, boil
it for 10 minutes or until tender. Pour the broccoli in the pan where you
browned chilli and garlic and stir-fry it for 10 minutes. Grate 1 oz of
parmesan cheese and add it to the broccoli. Cook 5 oz of wholewheat
pasta, following pack directions. Once its done mix it with the condiment and
serve hot. The best pasta to savor this recipe is "orecchiette"
