I'm talking about pandoro french toasts.
Seems scarily caloric, but no: less than 300 cals per portion... and they're so good!
Serves 2
Take a mini pandoro (90 grams) and cut it into 4 slices.
Beat 1 egg adding a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of milk, cinnamon and a pinch of sugar.
Mix a tablespoon of icing sugar with a teaspoon of cinnamon.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan.
Dip each pandoro slice in the beaten egg and place it in the pan, brown a few minutes per side and place it on a serving plate. Now sprinkle 1/4 of the sugar over it and serve it hot!
Buon appetito!
