2 spoons
extra virgin olive oil
3.5 oz
smoked salmon
1
tablespoon whole grain flour
2
tablespoons of non-fat milk
6 oz spelt
spaghetti
In a medium
size pan heat the olive oil, add the salmon, finely chopped. After the salmon
has turned it colour to a light pink add the whole grain flour, stir well, then
add the milk and continue to mix all the ingredients until the liquid gets
creamy.
In the
meantime cook the spaghetti following packaging directions.
Season the
pasta with the creamy salmon and enjoy!
